F. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AND ZED350(WATCHON)’S ENFORCEMENT RIGHTS

You can access and use the Zed350(watchon) Services and Content for lawful personal, non-commercial, and appropriate purposes only. You agree not to engage in any conduct that:

• violates the rights of others, including patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, moral rights or other intellectual property rights, or rights of privacy, publicity, or other proprietary rights; harasses or harms another individual; impersonates any person or entity; or otherwise misrepresents yourself or your affiliation with any person or entity; or is fraudulent, false, misleading or deceptive;

• uses technology or other means to access, index, frame, search or link to the Zed350(watchon) Services (including the Content and/or User Content) that is not expressly authorized by Zed350(watchon); removes, avoids, deactivates, descrambles, disables, bypasses, or circumvents any technological measure implemented by Zed350(watchon), any of Zed350(watchon)’s service providers, or any other third party (including another user) to protect Zed350(watchon) Services, including without limitation content protection or access control mechanisms intended to prevent the unauthorized download, stream capture, linking, framing, reproduction, access to, or distribution of the Zed350(watchon) Services;

• accesses, tampers with, or uses non-public areas of the Zed350(watchon) Services, Zed350(watchon)’s computer systems, or the technical delivery systems of Zed350(watchon)’s service providers;

• involves accessing the Zed350(watchon) Services (including the Content and/or User Content) through any automated means, including “robots,” “spiders,” or “offline readers” (other than by individually performed searches on publicly accessible search engines for the sole purpose of, and solely to the extent necessary for, creating publicly available search indices – but not caches or archives – of the Zed350(watchon) Services, excluding those search engines or indices that host, promote, or link primarily to infringing or unauthorized content);

• uses any meta tags or other hidden text or metadata utilizing a Zed350(watchon) trademark, logo, URL, or product name without Zed350(watchon)’s express written consent;

• accesses the Zed350(watchon) Services, including without limitation Content, or any portion thereof, for any commercial purpose or for the benefit of any third party or in any manner not permitted by these Terms of Use;

• deciphers, decompiles, disassembles or reverse engineers any of the software used to provide the Zed350(watchon) Services;

• interferes with the access of any user, host or network, including, without limitation, by sending a virus, overloading, flooding, spamming, or mail-bombing the Zed350(watchon) Services;

• introduces viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs that interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment;

• damages, disables, overburdens, impairs, or gains unauthorized access to the Zed350(watchon) Services, including Zed350(watchon)’s servers, computer network, or user accounts;

• removes, modifies, disables, blocks, obscures or otherwise impairs any advertising in connection with the Zed350(watchon) Services (including the Content and/or User Content);

• uses the Zed350(watchon) Services, without our express written consent, for any commercial or unauthorized purpose, including communicating or facilitating any commercial advertisements, promoting any products or services, solicitation, or spamming;

• probes, scans or tests the vulnerability of any Zed350(watchon) Services, including any Zed350(watchon) system or network, or breaches any security or authentication measures;

• collects or stores personally identifiable information from Zed350(watchon) Services without Zed350(watchon)’s express written authorization;

• violates, or encourages conduct that would violate, any applicable law or regulation, constitute a criminal offense or give rise to civil liability;

• violates these Terms of Use or any guidelines or policies posted by or on behalf of Zed350(watchon), including the Intellectual Property Policy;

• interferes with any other party’s use and enjoyment of the Zed350(watchon) Services; or

• encourages or enables any other individual to do any of the foregoing or attempts to do any of the foregoing.

You will not use the Zed350(watchon) Services, the Zed350(watchon) Content, or User Content, including but not limited to any text, photographs, images, audio/video clips, “look and feel,” metadata, or compilations of the Zed350(watchon) Service, Content or User Content, for the development of any media, material, entertainment programming, or software program, including, but not limited to, training or otherwise developing a machine learning or artificial intelligence system or algorithm.

We have the right to investigate violations of these Terms of Use or conduct or activity that may affect the Zed350(watchon) Services. We may also consult and cooperate with law enforcement authorities to prosecute users who violate the law.

If Zed350(watchon) determines in its sole discretion that you are violating any of these Terms of Use, we may:
(i) notify you,
(ii) use technical measures to block or restrict your access or use of the Zed350(watchon) Services,
(iii) limit, suspend, or terminate the availability of any Activities, Content, or User Content,
(iv) suspend or terminate your Account or access to the Zed350(watchon) Services, and/or
(v) use any other available legal or equitable remedy.

In either case, you agree to immediately stop accessing or using in any way (or attempting to access or use) the Zed350(watchon) Services, any Activities, Content, or User Content (as applicable), and you agree not to circumvent, avoid, or bypass such restrictions, or otherwise restore or attempt to restore such access or use.
